Marcus Xavier is a Mexican-American artist of Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indian descent. He concurrently pursuing a bachelors in journalism and mass communication at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University.

His work focuses on the intersection of class, race and history in the Southwest region of the United States.
